Benefits
• Safe digging: High pressure water and vacuum suction allow for precise excavation while reducing the risk of damaging underground utilities.
• Performs in all conditions: The liquid ring vacuum system maintains strong suction even in water or sludge — no need to manage air gaps like other units.
• Reduced operator fatigue: The telescopic, spring-assisted boom takes the weight of the suction hose, making it easier to handle and improving productivity on site.
• Can be operated by one person: Ideal for single-operator jobs without the cost of a full crew. Trailer-mounted and fully mobile, it can be towed between multiple jobs by one person using a standard vehicle.
User friendly, easy operation
• Comes fitted with a 7m suction hose and stand pipe, making it easy to reach into sumps, trenches, and other hard-to-access areas.
• Simple controls mean operators can get up and running quickly, with most users able to operate the unit confidently within minutes.
Features
The Master Hydro Vacuum Trailer uses a liquid ring vacuum system that maintains strong suction in all conditions, including water and sludge. Unlike traditional systems, it doesn’t rely on airflow to move material, making it ideal for wet environments and sump cleaning.
The 1000L spoils tank provides excellent capacity while still allowing the unit to remain compact and easily towable between sites. Hydraulic tipping also makes unloading and disposal quick and efficient.
The Master Hydro Vacuum Trailer also features an onboard water blaster with a 380L water supply, making it suitable for cleaning sumps, washing down sites, and clearing silt or debris after storm and flood events.
