About Allways
Hire
Allways Hire is a 100% locally owned hire business with a defined focus to providing personal service to the agricultural and construction industry.
Our range of equipment is continually growing, our current range of equipment covers the small to medium sized construction equipment including diggers, rollers, loaders, tip trucks and tractor mid mount graders.
The agricultural equipment range covers seeding and cultivation machines and is very specialised. Getting the right machine to do the right job with the correct machine matching the tractor horsepower are all areas that we can help.
We have purchased new diggers and equipment to put in our fleet to ensure that you will get reliable, safety compliant, efficient machines for your job.
We have a convenient location on Omahu Road, with ample off street parking and loading areas.

Our People
Owned and operated by Simon and David Smith, both owners have had extensive experience in customer service roles. Simon did his time as a diesel mechanic repairing tractors and machinery through out Hawkes Bay, while David has been involved in sales and workshop management roles.
Evan Groundwater has recently joined Allways Hire. He has an extensive background in farming and use in operating machinery. Now part of Allways Hire Evan helps out with customer service which they will find his practical experience invaluable.
Oakley Smith assists with the marketing and the advertising side of things, fresh out of school, he has been learning about marketing, accounting, filming and photography, and done a number of computer courses and he is enjoying putting these new skills to good use
Annvalon Chapman is the admin / accounts person.
