“As a small company I guess you can’t buy everything because it’s got to add some value to your business. We just don’t know what we’re going to need for any particular job. “Knowing that the communication is solid and that they’ve got the equipment we need when we need it. And if they haven’t got it they’ll source it – and that’s been pretty important. Again, building those partnerships is critical.“

A focus on convenience

“The Napier branch is awesome: that they’ve brought that into the scheme of things. It was always – with the traffic after the cyclone – an hour over to Hastings which was quite painful. Now that the Napier branch is there it’s so quick to whip in and grab what we need and carry on with the day.”
