How much water do Master Water Carts carry?

What difference does water pressure and water volume make when cleaning?

If you’re using a Master Water Cart for cleaning then you might be interested in the difference between water pressure and water volume. Water pressure describes the power with which the water hits a surface – this is a penetrating power that gives you the ability to remove dirt, moss and mould etc. Water flow or volume is the rate at which water moves. The water flow ensures you have sufficient water to meet the power potential of your available water pressure and helps you work faster and cover more area.

What is the difference in the flow rate of water from the 2000L Master Water Cart’s wash down nozzle vs the flood jet nozzle/dust suppression nozzle?

There is a difference in flow rate for the different nozzles on the 2000L Master Water Cart. At full power the Dust Suppression/Flood Jet Nozzle has a flow rate of 100L per minute, while the Wash Down Nozzle has a flow rate of 60 litre per minute.

What is the best ratio of pressure and flow rate for industrial cleaning?

If you’re water blasting with the 2000L Master Water Cart you can expect a full 2000L tank of water to last 1 hour of continuous use.

How long does a 2000 litre tank of water last when suppressing dust?

If you’re suppressing dust with the 2000L Master Water Cart; you can expect a full 2000L tank of water to last approximately 15 minutes at full power.

What size of pipes can the 2000L Master Water Cart be used to clean/clear?

The 2000L Master Water Cart has been used to clean pipes up to 450mm in diameter.

When using the 2000L Master Water Cart to clear drains, how does the hose feed itself up the drain?

If you’re using the 2000L Master Water Cart as a jetter to clear drains, you will find that there are rear-facing water jets alongside the drain cleaning nozzle. These jets thrust the cleaner up the water pipe and feed the hose up the drain.

If I hire the 2000L Master Water Cart, is it possible to add detergents/ chlorine/ cleaning chemicals to the tank?

You can add detergents/ chlorine/ cleaning chemicals to the 2000L Master Water Cart during your hire. However it is important to flush the water trailer when you finish your hire before you return the equipment. We request that you notify the Allways Hire team of exactly what has been added to the tank when you return your hire. We recommend you wear appropriate PPE when handling chemicals.

Why is the largest Master Water Cart available on a trailer only 2000L in capacity?

The largest Master Water Cart available to hire on a trailer is 2000L water capacity because this is the largest volume of water that you can safely tow behind a vehicle. 2000L of water also allows the operator a good length of operating time before having to refill.

What water pressure can the 2000L Master Water Cart produce?

The 2000L Master Water Cart’s water blaster delivers a pressure of 3600psi.

What length of hose does the 2000L Master Water Cart have?

The 2000L Master Water Cart comes with 2 lengths of hose: a 30 metre hose for high pressure/water blasting use, and a 20 metre hose for wash down (low pressure use).

How do you fill the tank of a Master Water Cart Trailer or Master Water Cart Skid Frame?

If you run out of water when you hire a Master Water Cart then you have a few options for how to refill the tank. Apart from the obvious option of using a tap, you can use an electric submersible pump, header or storage tank or a petrol powered pump and refill your water cart from a stream or pond. The Master Water Carts come with a cam lock fitting and a non self-syphoning filler hose.

Is the Master Water Cart Trailer well-balanced when it’s full of water for towing?
