I have an account in Hastings, can I hire from the Napier branch?
You can hire from any Allways Hire branch if you have an account with us. That means any Allways Hire account holder can pick up and drop off from the Napier branch OR the Hastings branch. It’s up to you to decide which branch is most convenient for the job you’re planning. Pick up and drop off will be from/to the same branch unless you arrange otherwise in advance. If you’re new to Allways Hire and need to set up an account, give us a call on 06 872 6774 and we’ll help you set up your trade account.

Do I need to set up an account to be able to hire from your Napier branch?
Yes, if you don’t already have an account with Allways Hire; you will need to set up a trade account to be able to hire from our Napier branch. You can set up an account by calling our accounts team on 06 872 6774. Paying in cash? We can create a cash account with your contact details so it’s even easier for you to hire next time.

When does the Napier branch of Allways Hire open for business?
The Napier branch of Allways Hire will open for business at 7am on 1 June 2023. The opening hours for the Napier branch will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.

Can I pick up equipment from one branch and drop it off to a different location?
You should return the equipment you have hired to the branch you picked it up from unless you have arranged otherwise. It is possible to arrange in advance to pick up your hire from one branch and return it to another – a handling fee may apply, please ask our hire team for details.

Can I hire equipment from your Napier branch and arrange for it to be delivered?
Yes, you can hire equipment from our Napier branch and arrange for it to be delivered to or picked up from your work site. Just let our hire team know what your delivery/pick up needs are and they will include this in your hire booking.

Can I hire equipment from your Napier branch and arrange for it to be picked up?
Yes, our full pick up and delivery service is available from our Napier branch. That means you can hire equipment from our Napier branch and arrange for it to be picked up from your work site. Just let our hire team know you need equipment to be picked up when you organise your hire.

Is Allways One available at the Napier branch of Allways Hire?

Are the opening times for both branches the same?
Yes, both Allways Hire branches have the same convenient opening times. Our Napier and Hastings branches are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm.

Is the same equipment available at both branches?

Is there going to be less equipment available in Hastings now that the Napier branch of Allways Hire is opening?
We’ve increased the number of pieces of equipment we have for hire to allow us to offer the same great availability of equipment to our Hastings customers while opening the new branch in Napier.
