4.0 Tonne Ammann ARX 40-2 Double Drum Roller

The 4.0 Tonne Ammann ARX 40-2 Double Drum Roller is great for small to medium sized construction sites, roading work, board walks and path ways, city street repairs and road maintenance applications.

This roller features a new articulating joint that enables quick drum adjustment from in-line to offset configurations, which is helpful when working close to obstructions.

Features electronic drive lever for smooth starts and stops, especially on important asphalt jobs.

Fitted with a sprinkling system with large water tanks to squirt water onto the drums.
The Ammann ARX 40-2 has a spacious operator platform wtih a sliding seat, simple dashboard and great all-around machine visibility for safety on the job sites.

With the offset drum configurations, operators now need to watch only one drum, knowing the second will be a safe distance from the obstacle.

The in-line drum setting enables equal distribution of compaction and is available when it’s time for productivity in open job sites.
