How we manage hire pick ups at Alert Level 2

Remember to scan QR codes and sanitise your hands when arriving at our depot.

Please make sure you book your Equipment Hire before you arrive.

  • Hire Pick Ups at Alert Level 2 remain contactless
  • Social distancing of 2m should be observed at all times.
  • Remember to scan QR codes as soon as possible after you leave your vehicle
  • You can now enter our building but we will restrict numbers to ensure social distancing is possible.
  • You must wear a facemask at all times when on our premises, even when in your vehicle.

How we manage hire returns at Alert Level 2

Remember to scan QR codes when arriving at our depot.

Please call our team in advance and let them know when you will be returning your hire.

Keys should be placed in the hire vehicle before you arrive to allow contactless handover.

  • Hire Drop Offs at Alert Level 2 remain contactless
